The members of the Industrial Pact push for cooperation to make the UPC-Martorell Sustainable Mobility Campus a success

The Industrial Pact, with the collaboration of the UPC, organised a session to present the UPC-Martorell Sustainable Mobility Campus. Daniel Crespo (UPC), Eva Menor (Industrial Pact, Diputació de Barcelona and Ajuntament de Badia del Vallès), M. Rosa Fiol (Industrial Pact and Foment del Treball), Juan José Torres (SOC) and Xavier Ayneto (UPC) took part in the event. The session was among the activities of the Training Commission of the Industrial Pact and the Sustainable Mobility Industry Forum initiative.

Pacte Industrial publication on Electromobility in the Barcelona Metropolitan Region

In the framework of the Sustainable Mobility Industry Forum initiative, the Pacte Industrial has published the Paper 7 by Pacte Industrial, written by Juan José Berbel, analyses the latest trends in the automobile sector, the technologies used in car production, and good practices around the world to characterise the value chain of electromobility as a whole, and outline some of the lines of action for its effective development in the Metropolitan Region of Barcelona.

Pacte Industrial and Àmbit B30 sign collaboration agreement

Associations Pacte Industrial of the Barcelona Metropolitan Region and Àmbit B30 have signed an agreement with a view to creating a general framework for collaboration between the two entities. Jaume Collboni, President of the General Council of the Pacte Industrial, and Josep Monràs, the President of Àmbit B30, were in charge of signing the agreement. The agreement provides for the development of projects and activities to promote sustainable reindustrialisation, and prioritises the transformation of industrial parks.

50th meeting of the Executive Committee of Pacte Industrial and presentation on the economic scenario and prospects for industry in the Metropolitan area

The Pacte Industrial of the Barcelona Metropolitan Region held the 50th meeting of its Executive Commitee, attended by the representatives of the local councils and entities which comprise the association. The meeting, held on 26 April at the Palauet de Can Buxeres of Hospitalet de Llobregat, began with a presentation by Oriol Aspachs, the director of Economia Espanyola a CaixaBank Research and technical secretary of the Cercle d’Economia, in relation to the economic scenario and prospects for industry in the Metropolitan area.

The Industrial Pact emphasises the importance of commercial services in the competitiveness of industrial parks

With the collaboration of the Àmbit B30 Association, the Industrial Pact has organised a conference to analyse the potential of the interaction between industrial spaces and urban commercial spaces. Josep Monràs (Ajuntament de Mollet del Vallès and Àmbit B30 Association), Eva Menor (Diputació de Barcelona, Ajuntament de Badia del Vallès and Industrial Pact), Ana María Martínez (Ajuntament de Rubí), Sílvia Solanellas (UPIC), Carlos Carrasco (ESADE), Salvador Clarós (Industrial Pact and CCOO de Catalunya) and Carles Rivera (Industrial Pact) took part in the event.
