Meeting of the Mobility Commission on sustainable mobility strategies in economic activity industrial parks

More than 130 people attended the meeting of the Mobility Commission of the Pacte Industrial in which was presented a methodology promoted by the Metropolitan Transport Authority (ATM) that simplifies the implementation of mobility plans in industrial parks. Xavier Sanyer (ATM), Juan José Casado (Pacte Industrial and UGT de Catalunya) and Carles Rivera (Pacte Industrial) took part in the event.

Presentation of Paper 7 at the Conference on Mobility in Barcelona of the UGT of Catalonia

The UGT of Catalonia, in collaboration with Barcelona City Council, has organised a conference on mobility in Barcelona that included a presentation of Paper 7 of the Pacte Industrial "The shift of the automotive industry towards electromobility: Impact and opportunities in the Barcelona Metropolitan Region" by Carles Rivera, managing coordinator of the Pacte Industrial, and Juan José Berbel, partner of the Metyis consultancy firm and author of the publication.

The members of the Industrial Pact push for cooperation to make the UPC-Martorell Sustainable Mobility Campus a success

The Industrial Pact, with the collaboration of the UPC, organised a session to present the UPC-Martorell Sustainable Mobility Campus. Daniel Crespo (UPC), Eva Menor (Industrial Pact, Diputació de Barcelona and Ajuntament de Badia del Vallès), M. Rosa Fiol (Industrial Pact and Foment del Treball), Juan José Torres (SOC) and Xavier Ayneto (UPC) took part in the event. The session was among the activities of the Training Commission of the Industrial Pact and the Sustainable Mobility Industry Forum initiative.

Pacte Industrial publication on Electromobility in the Barcelona Metropolitan Region

In the framework of the Sustainable Mobility Industry Forum initiative, the Pacte Industrial has published the Paper 7 by Pacte Industrial, written by Juan José Berbel, analyses the latest trends in the automobile sector, the technologies used in car production, and good practices around the world to characterise the value chain of electromobility as a whole, and outline some of the lines of action for its effective development in the Metropolitan Region of Barcelona.

The Pacte Industrial reaffirms its commitment to the sustainable mobility industry as an engine for innovation, employment and sustainability in the Barcelona Metropolitan Region

In the framework of the 25th General Council, the Pacte Industrial has organised the "Electromobility: a commitment to innovation, employment and sustainability of the RMB (Barcelona Metropolitan Region)" seminar and has presented a preview of the study commissioned by the association on electromobility. Jaume Collboni (Pacte Industrial and Barcelona City Council), Lourdes de la Sota (SEAT), Noemí Moya (Voi Technology), Mireia Arroyo (Gestamp) and Juan José Berbel (Metyis) took part in the seminar.

The Pacte Industrial is committed to sustainable mobility industry as an engine of the economic recovery of the Barcelona Metropolitan Region

Jaume Collboni, President of the General Council of the Pacte Industrial, has announced during the 49th meeting of the Executive Committee the creation of the Sustainable Mobility Industry Forum to promote the transformation of the automotive, motorcycle and railway industries towards a sustainable (decarbonised), digital, shared, connected and autonomous framework.
